**About Beacon Lighting Commercial**

This is an exciting time to join our Commercial Division at Beacon Lighting Commercial We've been in the market for over 30 years and we continue to experience growth and expansion of the business due to our unrivalled success.

With five commercial offices across Australia, we specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels and aged care facilities. We are exclusive distributors of GE Lamps and Fixtures in AUS/NZ as well as our Beacon branded products, which means we are able to provide our clients with the best lighting solutions.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will acquire a thorough understanding of our customers' needs through the management of key accounts and the development of strong business relationships. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, you will maintain and expand the relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring the overall customer satisfaction for the commercial division
- Seeking opportunities to improve the service experience of the customer
- Conducting customer reviews
- Driving and managing sales opportunities to deliver budgets and GP margins
- Liaising with the Operations and Lighting Design teams to optimise customer engagement and resolve any issues
- Building positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication channels are maintained
- Being responsible for regular reporting

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with building, lighting and electrical industry knowledge
- Proven sales and negotiation skills ideally in a trade associate business
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective ability to gain the support and co-operation of others to deliver results
- A willingness to travel interstate occasionally as required
