We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our support team. As a Male Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

- Assist with personal care and daily routines
- Support with meal preparation and light household duties

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be patient, and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently. Previous experience in support work is highly regarded.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills and reliability
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working on-site, with regular hours and occasional flexibility as needed.
