We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Support Associate to join our team. As an In-Home Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of elderly clients by providing personalized support in their homes.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, social support, domestic assistance, and mobility support. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in health or behavior, and documenting visit notes using our mobile app.

About the Role
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, including showering, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
  • Provide social support and transport clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
  • Offer domestic assistance, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Help clients with mobility issues, including walking aids or personal equipment
  • Support clients with higher or specialized care needs
  • Monitor clients' wellbeing and report any changes in health or behavior
  • Document visit notes using our mobile app
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or Disability (required)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • A valid National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months)
  • An Australian Driver's Licence and your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • At least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
  • A smartphone with internet access
  • Willingness to complete online onboarding, training modules, and attend a paid in-person induction
