The role involves management of our Australian delivery of programs to time, cost and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading project teams comprising 15 or more staff and managing projects with value greater than $10M. They should also have knowledge of Earned Value Management methods and ability to drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.
This position requires collaboration with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers. The successful candidate will manage customer relations related to information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, and claims. Additionally, they will develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.
We require the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering, or similar qualification.
- Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner.
- Previously delivered projects with value greater than $10 M.
- Exposure to Earned Value Management methods.
- Experience in leading project teams comprising 15 or more staff.
