Executive Culinary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in traditional and modern cooking techniques to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and cooking dishes according to established recipes and procedures. You will also oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and advise supervisors on daily food and product requirements.

In addition, you will provide training and guidance to junior chefs and apprentices, helping them to develop their skills and meet our high standards. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications for this position include full working rights for Australia, a minimum of 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience in a 5-star environment, and experience in training others. You will also need to provide culinary certificates upon application.
