About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Breakfast Chef to join our team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast kitchen and working closely with Senior Chefs to ensure seamless service.

  • Plan and execute efficient kitchen operations.
  • Monitor daily food and product requirements.
  • Train Commis Chefs and apprentices in culinary techniques.
  • Meet customer expectations by providing high-quality food and service.
  • Maintain strict food safety standards and HACCP protocols.
Requirements
  • Australian work rights.
  • Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Experience in training others.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary certifications upon application.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
