The Role:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters
  • Identify and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Facilitate workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting obligations
  • Develop and implement the Employee Engagement Experience System, monitoring its effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
  • Manage performance and conduct, including developing and implementing performance management plans and conduct reviews
  • Recruit and retain top talent, analyzing and reporting on HR metrics to inform business decisions
  • Review and update HR standards and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices

About You:

  • You have experience operating at a senior HR level, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as human resources or a related discipline

Salary Details: The estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, based on industry standards for HR Superintendents in north Queensland.
