The Role

:

This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial information and strategic advice to the business, driving informed decision-making and innovation.


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support key initiatives and projects.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our forecasting tool (Adaptive Insights) and its integration with SAP and other systems.
  • Analyze and interpret competitor financial statements to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the development of P&L modeling requirements for future projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Drive curiosity and ask questions to understand business drivers and needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce with a major in Accounting.
  • Professional accounting certifications (CPA or CA) or working towards it.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong business analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
