Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and engaging individual to assist in delivering daily quality activities for children, ensuring a safe, fun, stimulating, and educational environment.

  • Deliver daily quality activities for children that meet their developmental needs and promote learning.
  • Supervise and support children during after-school care hours (2:45 PM - 6:00 PM).
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options for children, promoting nutrition and well-being.
  • Create an engaging and happy environment for children, fostering social skills and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing activity programs for children.
  • Support children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Engaging and warm personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on child safety and appreciation for mandatory reporting requirements.
  • Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or studying towards) or equivalent which can be recognised for children's services.
  • Working with Children Check (willing to obtain).
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (willing to obtain).
