Immerse Yourself in a Fun-Filled Role

Assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care. This will include:

  • Creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Ensuring your program is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Interacting with parents and assisting with their enquiries.
  • Engaging with the school community by attending events, assemblies, and more when the Director is unavailable.
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about working with kids, has plenty of energy, and can just love to have fun As a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, you'll be able to support the Director in creating an engaging environment for children. You may have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential – we're happy to train you

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience working with children (although not essential).
  • Qualification or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
