Job Description
A business analyst is needed to drive innovative solutions forward. The role involves defining and reviewing business problems and opportunities using problem analysis techniques, developing requirements plans, eliciting requirements, and working with stakeholders to define business metrics and acceptance criteria.

The job holder will work closely with the business to coordinate enhancements in key projects across all business lines. This includes analysing and using in-depth business requirement techniques such as dependency and interface analysis, and data/process modelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining/reviewing business problems/opportunities using problem and opportunity analysis techniques.
  • Developing requirements plans including identifying stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, communications, and appropriate approach for eliciting, analysing, documenting, managing, and approving requirements.
  • Eliciting requirements using individual and group elicitation techniques.
  • Working with stakeholders to define business metrics/acceptance criteria.
  • Analysing and using in-depth business requirement techniques such as dependency and interface analysis, and data/process modelling.
About You
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent in a commercial environment.
  • Well-defined coaching/mentoring skills, with experience of providing advice /guidance on BA techniques and ways of working.
  • Experience with web-based tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Desirable experience within D365.
