Job Opportunity: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage day-to-day facilities operations at a high-profile corporate site in Sydney's CBD.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

This is a full-time temporary role with the potential to extend and is strongly encouraged for internal candidates seeking a growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all facility-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and delegate maintenance requests, track KPIs, and ensure timely completion of work orders in the CMMS.
  • Support the Facilities and Account Managers with procurement, invoice reconciliation, and budgeting tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies and manage contractor performance.
  • Take ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting and ensure documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities coordination or corporate property services.
  • Strong computer skills, including CMMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Power BI. Experience with Power Automate and Flows will be highly regarded.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and an understanding of compliance frameworks.
