We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our Clients, their employees and guests and need exceptional people to lead our teams. We currently have an excellent opportunity for an inspiring, experienced hospitality professional to manage a high paced Café operation servicing Partners, management and staff at one of our leading Corporate Clients. This role requires someone with bags of energy, drive and commitment. We are looking for an operational leader who is passionate about food and even more passionate about coffee to drive state of the art service offerings which make us stand apart from the crowd.

If you are committed to providing class leading experiences, have an excellent understanding of the delivery of exceptional client services, are an expert Barista, are driven, engaging and inspiring, have great communication skills, are highly self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our Clients expectations and above everything else, really (yes, really) enjoys interacting with people, then we want to hear from you. - You want to have positive interactions with all clients - it's part of your DNA
- You have proven leadership credentials including the ability to support and engage your teams, drive positive change and lead from the front - your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your guidance and support
- You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure - you've got a proven experience across a diverse range of operations and never loose your cool
- You've got a passion for coffee and great food - your expert Barista skills are a skill you're most proud off
- You're willing to take risks, open to learning new skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams actions - your achievements speak for themselves and you pride yourself on always challenging the status quo
- You're open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity - you know how to talk to people and can give examples of the ways in which you can deliver your message
