Sydney Site Operations Cleaner Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site cleaning operations in Sydney.
This role requires an individual who can prioritize their time efficiently, provide high-quality cleaning services, and effectively manage a team of cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site cleaning operations by scheduling work, monitoring progress, and resolving operational challenges.
- Ensure services are delivered safely and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Provide leadership and training to team members to ensure they understand their roles and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cleaning experience.
- Supervision experience.
- Excellent communication skills (English language).
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning starts and late night shifts.
