Overview

Change Manager (Blackrock Aladdin) role at Kapital Consulting - Fintech & Executive Search. This position is based in Sydney and is a 12-month fixed-term contract focusing on OMS transformation and adoption of BlackRock Aladdin within funds/investment management environments.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with hands-on expertise in BlackRock Aladdin and the funds/investment management domain. You will partner with technology teams, portfolio managers and senior business stakeholders to design and deliver change strategies, manage communications and drive adoption of new investment platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies to support the consolidation of investment order management systems
  • Partner with technology teams and portfolio managers to align business and platform requirements
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communicating benefits, impacts and changes involved
  • Deliver training, workshops and communications to ensure smooth adoption across front, middle and back office teams
  • Provide expert guidance on BlackRock Aladdin to stakeholders, ensuring users understand and embrace new workflows
  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback and continuously refine change strategies
About you / Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale technology or investment platform transformations
  • Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin (essential)
  • Strong background in funds, asset management or investment management environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Proven success in delivering change and adoption strategies for complex systems
  • Experience with order management systems and trading workflows preferred
