  • Partner with client teams to drive strategic thinking and inspire bold, creative media ideas
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of PHD's global thought leadership and lead macro client workshops on industry-wide topics
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication within the company while managing confidential information
  • Identify award opportunities and help craft award submissions that celebrate the amazing work teams are doing
  • Support the wider teams on pitches and lead internal training and industry workshops

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years media planning or strategy experience
  • Proven passion for media innovation and technology
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience leading successful and/or award-winning planning teams
  • Evidence of contribution or leadership on award-winning work
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
