As a Senior Coordinator – Brand, Reputation and Employer Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand and employer brand strategies to enhance reputation, attract top talent, and strengthen client relationships.
This role partners closely with the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to create and deliver employer branding programs and campaigns that engage both passive and active talent in a timely and targeted manner.
In parallel, you will support the development and execution of brand campaigns that reinforce market presence and align with business growth objectives. This includes managing brand governance systems, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne or Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly.
Key Responsibilities:- Curate and activate authentic content for internal and external platforms, ensuring compliance with risk policies while managing and publishing content effectively.
