- 12month Fixed Term Contract Role**Role Purpose**

The purpose of the Marketing Internal Communications Manager role is to support the Chief Marketing Officer, the Brand & Reputation leadership team and the Brand & Reputation team to create and deliver clear, concise and purposeful communications to the their team and key stakeholders that is aligned to our brand framework, business strategy and related calendar of Marketing activity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop direct reports
- Ensure communications are always of a high standard, with targeted and strategically aligned messaging for internal and external audiences from Directors and Executives to customers and team members
- Provide clear, concise, accurate and timely information to store and support office team members with support of Group Internal Communications team, utilising internal communications channels effectively, including Store Portals, screens, Google Currents, WorkJam, Support Updates
- Prioritise communications for weekly Store Manager and Department Planners, including Marketing Weekly Overview
- Collaborate with key business partners to align all Marketing content to ensure accurate representation of Woolworths Brand and correct use of Branded assets, including quarterly Supplier newsletters and annual Summer Trade Shows
- Lead and deliver key business events for Brand & Reputation and Food Group Marketing teams
- Develop and execute calendar of Brand & Reputation team engagement events

Work with senior leaders to prepare:

- Brand & Reputation inputs for weekly SLT Update meetings, monthly Food Exco meetings and Quarterly Alignment meetings with Food Exco
- Executive summaries on behalf of Chief Marketing Officer to Food Exco and Board detailing campaigns/programs on eve of launch
- Executive summaries of campaign/program performance for inclusion in monthly Board packs
- Woolworths Brand updates and Marketing highlights within monthly CEO Reports and annual CEO June Reports respectively
- Presentations and speaker notes for various events, including Food Leaders Forums, Mid Year Partner Updates, Summer Trade Shows, Supplier of the Year events, Supers Shows and Supermarkets Big Team Huddles, including opening / supporting hype videos, as required

Work with Trade Planning, Channel Planning and Commercial to:

- Build and maintain calendar of Marketing activity for each financial year, including 4 month rolling high level view for Woolworths Supermarkets Monthly Business Performance Reviews
- Review related requests for changes/additional Marketing support
- Share H1 and H2 Slotting Kick-Offs decks with Category teams per biannual deadlines
- Provide Capacity Planning with visibility of Marketing activity impacting stores

**About you**
- Experience in a Communications Manager role
- Experience leading a team
- Experience in internal and external communications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with senior leaders and store and support team members
- Experience in events
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Desirable _
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar area
- Experience with Agile methodologies
