A Knowledge Management Specialist role is available.

Job Description

This is a newly-created position that will assist in the design, implementation and ongoing development of a cloud-based Knowledge Management platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to build and deliver a single source of truth for front line and operational teams, ensuring a consistent and seamless member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing architecture for the Knowledge Management solution in accordance with information design principles.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create clear, concise Knowledge Management content.
  • Ensuring content complies with legislative, regulatory and business requirements.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to increase understanding of correct utilisation of the platform and maximise adoption.
  • Managing ongoing pipeline content requests to ensure content is purposeful and accurate.
  • Reviewing knowledge content regularly to ensure it is accurate and current.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in implementing a Knowledge Management platform combined with a deep understanding of Knowledge Management technology.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Superannuation or Financial Services would be well regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage people across all levels and manage conflicting priorities.
