We are seeking a suitable individual to work with one of our large public sector customers in developing their business strategies and drive the adoption of Salesforce across our wider public sector business. You will be joining one of the most dynamic and fastest growing Salesforce public sector practices in Australia.

Take your consulting and technology to the next level. We are looking for people with a strong background in Australian public sector, developing longer term business strategies that leverage the Salesforce Platform and be a key leading in driving our business growth forward.

As a
**Salesforce Platform Strategy Designer **, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the DCX delivery community and partner closely with our clients on ensuring the longer-term design, adoption, and alignment of our solutions to our client's business objectives. This is a key leadership role in driving our services forward and will be part of the executive leadership team.

As a Salesforce Platform Strategy Designer, you will be a leader across our public sector business and responsible for delivering expert strategic advice to our customers, while driving new growth for the business.

You'll be:

- Framing design challenges, developing clear strategic visions, and roadmap Salesforce solutions that create value for all
- Creating value by aligning an organization around and directing the design of systems-level solutions toward desired business and user outcomes
- Providing leadership and participate in UI/UX/service design and Discovery
- Providing leadership in rapid prototyping and solution design for clients
- Achieving customer satisfaction through thought leadership, innovative strategic advice to realise optimal return on investment and ensuring consistent, timely and effective delivery
- Collaborating and building relationships with a wide range of technology providers, internal Capgemini and external stakeholders to grow our practice and enhance our services delivery
- Leading the design and development of new strategic go-to-market offerings, reference architecture, integration patterns and industry point-of-views
- Driving presales material, activities, client meetings and proposal preparation
- Assisting in developing our internal capability through supporting the resource management functions to ensure that we have the right people at the right time to grow and meet customer
- Engender amongst the team a sense of fun, connection and identity that will draw them together as a single cohesive

**Let's talk about your qualifications and experience**:
What we're looking for is someone with:

- 3 years of hands-on experience as a strategy designer using design led
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform and/or delivering in public sector.
- Architectural understanding and experience with disciplines associated with the Salesforce Platform/cloud-based
- Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
- Must be an Australian citizen and be able to acquire at least a BASELINE security
- Must be able to acquire the Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification within three (3) months of commencement.
- Optional previous experience in public section ICT delivery including utilising modern delivery methodologies, people management, business consulting and strategy
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, time-management skills, and ability to work well under
