Senior Financial Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with site leaders to drive financial excellence and implement ongoing improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare weekly margin reports and monthly profit and loss statements for the site.
- Collaborate with site leaders to identify opportunities to enhance financial performance.
- Be present on-site to assist in problem-solving and driving ongoing improvements.
- Analyze budget planning, forecasting updates, and any variances.
- Support costing for new products and review their performance after launch.
- Assist with planning and reviewing capital projects.
- Conduct monthly reviews of site overhead costs with leadership.
- You have 2+ years experience as a finance professional with a focus on business partnerships.
- You have experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
- You are CA/CPA qualified or working towards, preferred.
- You possess strong commercial understanding and analytical skills.
- You can effectively communicate financial ideas to various audiences.
- You have high integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
