Project Lead for Quote-to-Cash Initiatives

The core of customer experience is at the forefront of our mission. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative project leader to drive key cross-functional initiatives within our ecosystem.

  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive strategic quote-to-cash initiatives and projects.
  • Lead and manage key cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Leverage deep expertise in quote-to-cash systems and processes to represent these functions within various project teams.

We seek an individual who can serve as a liaison with other teams to facilitate efficient operational integration of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with remote and global teams, demonstrating the ability to learn and influence in a virtual environment.

  • 7+ years in financial systems, specifically focusing on the quote-to-cash process, with corporate experience and/or a background in systems consulting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data querying and reporting tools with experience in financial reporting systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex scenarios and topics to team and supervisors in a clear, logical manner. They will also be able to understand system architecture in which data flows between interconnected systems.
