Deliver high-quality projects as a Project Leader at your next role. You will guide teams, manage finances, and oversee construction methods to meet project objectives within scope and time constraints.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS, ENSURING PROJECT COMPLETION MEETS THEIR EXPECTATIONS.
  • OVERSEE PROJECT FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE BY MANAGING COST TRACKING, PROGRESS CLAIMS, AND MAINTAINING CASH FLOW.
  • MANAGE CONTRACTS, PROCUREMENT, AND SCOPE CHANGES TO OPTIMIZE PROFITABILITY.
  • ESTABLISH AND MONITOR PROJECT PROGRAMS, IDENTIFY RISKS, AND IMPLEMENT VALUE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
  • Maintain strict safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • LEAD THE PROJECT TEAM, PROVIDING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION TO ACHIEVE PROJECT MILESTONES.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • MINIMUM 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, PREFERABLY IN COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT AND REFURBISHMENT.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word; experience in PowerPoint, Jobpac, and Procore is desirable.
  • SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES, INCLUDING SUB-CONTRACTOR TENDER EVALUATIONS, VALUE MANAGEMENT, AND QUALITY ASSURANCE.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF IDENTIFYING CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PROVIDING QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
