Network Development Role

The Network Development team at VGA focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for our dealers with Audi, CUPRA, and Škoda Brands. The team works closely with the dealer network to ensure best practices and business performance across various areas.

About Your New Role

In this position, you will report to the National Manager Dealer Network Development and be based in the Zetland Head office. This role involves managing, enhancing, and expanding the dealer network for Audi, CUPRA, and Skoda within the Australian market, with a specific focus on CUPRA.

  • Conduct market research to identify new dealership opportunities that align with the brand's corporate identity and design.
  • Collect guidelines from Brand HQ for CI/CD & translation processes, agree on localisation of standards with relevant brands, and manage contracts and data.
  • Develop network strategies, participate in tender processes, coordinate with brand HQs, and provide monthly/yearly reporting on performance.
  • Support dealers during the start-up process, ensure all brand requirements and group requirements are met, and streamline IT systems for seamless communication and processes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of dealerships, agency models, or network development.
  • Financial and IT acumen, including budget management and reporting activities.
