About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to children and families in our community. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering safe, timely, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to patients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate.
- Registration with the relevant health practitioner agency.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist working within a Paediatric setting.
- Experience working with children in the 0-2 age group and within a community setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive care.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage with clients/consumers, carers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
