About our Intensive Therapeutic Care Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide direct support, care, and mentorship to children and young people living in Intensive Therapeutic Care homes.
This role is for someone who can build strong relationships with the young people we support, providing a safe and trusting environment for them to grow and develop.
Key responsibilities include developing daily care plans, providing supervision and role modeling, facilitating activities that connect the young person with their family and community, and advocating effectively for their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Community Services or a related field, and hold current certifications in First Aid and a Driver's License. We also require successful candidates to undergo probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Diploma in Community Services or related field
- Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) certificate
- Australian Driver's License
