About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Software Value Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving software utilization and value realization, leading to customer renewals and business growth.

  • Develop and implement technical adoption plans to accelerate software outcomes and optimize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Entities to identify use cases that drive value and business outcomes.
  • Act as a technology advocate, providing feedback to product teams for development and enhancements, and staying current with the latest technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Offer expert guidance to customers, ensuring they achieve their business and technical goals with Cisco technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • Advanced understanding of IT/Infrastructure & Software lifecycles.
  • Direct experience in driving continuous software value through use-case driven engagements with customers.
  • Proven experience in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales or professional services functions.
  • Confirmed ability to engage with large Enterprise and Public Sector organizations, both IT and business functions mapping their desired outcomes to technology capability.
  • Experience working with planning, implementation, and operations teams to improve user and admin experience.
  • Good understanding of financial metrics such as AOV, ARR, and subscription revenues.
