Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the operational and clinical management of patient transport services. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee patient transport operations, including Non-Urgent Non-Ambulance (NuNa) services and inter-hospital transfers.
  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and specialist advice to ensure safe, timely, and patient-centred transport.
  • Manage resources to optimise service efficiency.
  • Lead workforce development and mentoring within the Patient Transport team.
About You

You are a skilled nurse leader with expertise in patient transport and flow management. You should have advanced knowledge of patient flow strategies, transport logistics, and healthcare systems.

You will also exhibit strong leadership skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and person-centred care.
