About the Role

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as Allied Health Assessors for the National Panel of Assessors in Victoria.

As a Contractor, you will be responsible for conducting Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) and Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct OSAs and SWS Assessments to determine the level of ongoing support required by individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and implement assessment plans to support individuals in achieving their employment goals
  • Collaborate with Disability Employment Service (DES) providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide training and support to individuals with disabilities to enhance their employability skills
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher-level qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counselling, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in disability employment or a related sector
  • Strong assessment and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
