We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team as Allied Health Assessors for the National Panel of Assessors in Victoria.
As a Contractor, you will be responsible for conducting Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) and Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments for individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct OSAs and SWS Assessments to determine the level of ongoing support required by individuals with disabilities
- Develop and implement assessment plans to support individuals in achieving their employment goals
- Collaborate with Disability Employment Service (DES) providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide training and support to individuals with disabilities to enhance their employability skills
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counselling, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in disability employment or a related sector
- Strong assessment and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
