Leadership Opportunity:

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee the Asset Renewal Technology Upgrade program, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of technology upgrades while facilitating collaboration between product managers on integrated system/software compatibility.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, aligning with PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, senior management, suppliers, other public sector agencies, and key stakeholders to drive best practice initiatives and service delivery standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the public sector, particularly in large complex government departments. A proven track record of delivering programs and projects using traditional and hybrid Waterfall and Agile methodologies is essential.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and vendors to deliver required outcomes within agreed timeframes and budget.
