Lead Operational Technology Projects

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Operational Technology (OT) programs across multiple energy generation sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate site travel and on-ground project activities to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives across OT systems and processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing complex OT or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) programs in asset-intensive industries.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), telemetry, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP)) and/or asset management.
