About the Role

The Clinical Healthcare Specialist - Intensive Care Unit plays a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality person-centered nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring timely interventions and treatments that meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Ensure seamless communication among healthcare professionals, patients, and families to facilitate smooth transitions and continuum of care.
