Workforce Planning Specialist

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong analytical ability and interest in healthcare, technology, and consulting. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will support clients in interpreting workforce data, implementing software solutions, and exploring the financial and operational impacts of workforce models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to support client decision-making and business case development. This includes:

  • Analyse complex data sets to inform client decision-making and business case development.
  • Assist with software rollouts, including configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
  • Respond to queries, build relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Contribute to financial and operational scenario modelling for clients.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and explain complex concepts clearly.
