About the Role:

  • Develop subject-matter expertise in healthcare workforce planning software to support users and deliver training.
  • Partner with health services to deliver workforce profiling, modelling, budgeting, and strategic insights.
  • Analyse and forecast staffing expenditure across departments and programs.
  • Build staffing models based on activity, service levels, and business constraints.
  • Deliver workshops, onboarding, and super user training.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Budget builds and cost analysis: Analyse and forecast staffing expenditure across departments and programs; align full-time equivalent (FTE) and budget frameworks.
  2. Workforce profiling & scenario modelling: Build staffing models based on activity, service levels, and business constraints; run 'what if' scenarios.
  3. Client support: Provide frontline support, coaching, and triage for queries; champion best practice in healthcare platform use.
  4. Reporting & dashboards: Develop executive-ready reports and visualizations for managers and boards.
  5. Product enablement & quality: Execute UAT/test scripts, document processes, and produce how-to guides; collect user feedback to inform improvements.
Requirements:
  • Background in healthcare, finance, business, operations, or human resources within a hospital or health service environment.
  • Strong Excel and data interpretation skills; ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement experience (numbers, planners, finance, executives).
