Senior Corporate Services Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Services Leader to join our Executive Leadership Team.

This key role involves leading the strategic and operational delivery of Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Information Technology functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, business or a related field, with significant senior leadership experience in corporate services or CFO roles within not-for-profit, government, or purpose-driven organisations.

You will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes to support evidence-based decision-making. Additionally, you will develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

An important aspect of this role is driving IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives that support efficient service delivery and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.

In collaboration with executive peers, you will ensure integrated planning and operational excellence across the organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
  • Leverage technology to drive innovation and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance on risk management and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals. A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a related field, along with CA/CPA certification, is highly desirable.

A significant amount of time will be spent working closely with the CEO, COO and other Executive Directors to ensure seamless integration of business operations. This requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
