Community Development and Partnerships Coordinator

This role is focused on providing strategic oversight to a multidisciplinary team, leading complex community development projects and championing asset-based approaches to strengthen community capacity and resilience.

The successful candidate will cultivate relationships with senior community representatives and government stakeholders, ensuring our work reflects the evolving needs of our community.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in leadership and community development positions.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic partnerships and influence decisions on community-related action plans and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading community development partnership projects within a local government or similar context.
  • Expertise in community development theory and practice, including asset-based approaches.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience presenting to executive leaders and community stakeholders.
