As a seasoned Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) specialist, you will lead marketing strategies for prominent brands across Australia and international markets. You will be responsible for designing and delivering SEO and SEM campaigns, setting clear objectives, managing key performance indicators, and optimizing campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) and client success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver SEO and SEM campaigns for clients across various sectors.
  • Set clear objectives, manage key performance indicators, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and client success.
  • Present strategy and insights with confidence – ensuring clients understand what's working and why.
  • Conduct audits and apply best practices in indexing, structure, schema markup, and performance.
  • Launch and refine Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver meaningful reports that identify opportunities and drive decision-making aligned with client objectives.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years' hands-on SEO/SEM experience.
  • Agency background – you know how to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset – you enjoy translating data into informed decisions.
  • Clear communicator – you explain strategy and results in plain English.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and execution.
  • Comfortable around content management systems (CMS) platforms and basic technical terminology.
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable – you take ownership and follow through.
  • Preferred Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, AHREFs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush.
