Housing Market Financial Analyst

As a Housing Market Financial Analyst at Enterprise Community, Inc., you will play a critical role in helping the organization achieve its mission by analyzing financial data and identifying trends that impact the affordability of housing.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will work closely with the Asset Management Department to review and assess the fiscal condition of affordable housing sponsors, developers, and guarantors whose developments receive financing from Enterprise.
Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the ability of these entities to meet their ongoing performance and financial obligations.
This involves reviewing financial statements, preparing multi-year financial analysis spreadsheets, and identifying salient characteristics that may indicate areas of risk or vulnerability.
You will also be responsible for communicating your findings to senior management and recommending follow-up items to ensure that the Sponsor Resolution team has the necessary information to make informed decisions.
In addition to your analytical skills, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including sponsors, developers, and guarantors.
A valid driver's license is required, and you may be required to travel to project sites to conduct assessments and gather information.
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on level of experience and qualifications.
The base salary includes a comprehensive total rewards package, including benefits such as dental, health, and vision care plans, as well as family-building benefits and paid leave programs.
