We are seeking an exceptional Guest Services Officer to support a seamless front-of-house experience, ensuring positive interactions with our guests. As a part-time position, you will be critical in welcoming every guest, explaining the park and its amenities, and promoting us as the ideal holiday destination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and explain the park and its amenities to every guest.
- Sell and promote us as the ideal holiday destination.
- Direct guest check-in and check-out, and attend to general receptionist duties.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Computer literacy using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
- A passion for the tourism industry with strong sales ability.
- Team player skills, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
