Guest Experience Officer Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Officer to join our team in Sydney, AU. This critical role will support a seamless front-of-house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.

About the Role:

  • Welcome every guest to our holiday park, explaining the facilities, surrounding area, and park activities.
  • Actively promote our park as the ideal holiday destination by sharing its unique features.
  • Direct guest check-in and check-out, and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
  • E nsure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Contact maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be a team player with a strong attention to detail.
