About the Role:
We are seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team on a part-time basis. This role will play a critical part in supporting a seamless front-of-house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position involves 20-30 hours per week with more hours during peak periods. Weekend availability is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every guest to our holiday park, explaining the park's amenities, surrounding area, and activities.
  • Actively promote our holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park.
  • Direct guest check-in and check-out and perform general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.

You Bring:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and booking software.
  • A passion for the tourism industry with strong sales ability.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
