Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Review content provided by technical staff to ensure accuracy.
  • Compile and write engaging non-price content tailored to individual submission documents and strategies.
  • Submit proposals online and/or hardcopy by required deadlines.
  • Provide support during the tender process, including post-tender clarifications.
  • Update marketing material to meet submission requirements.
  • Liaise with various team members throughout the tender process.
  • Contribute to and support tender processes with submission allocations.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Experience in graphic design, 3D design, styling, and brand awareness is essential (InDesign/Adobe suite is highly regarded).
  • Familiarity with construction tender functions is advantageous.
  • Analytical and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Advanced administrative skills and formatting across different platforms are necessary.
  • Presentation and preparation of supporting documents and non-technical sections are required.
  • Strong communication and written skills are necessary.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
