At the forefront of successful bid coordination, we seek a highly skilled professional to lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our Construction arm, you will support three divisions: Build, Civil, and Asset Renewal.
About the RoleWe're looking for an exceptional individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple deadlines, and delivering high-quality bids for projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Bid Strategy & Management: Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Content Development & Proposal Creation: Develop tailored responses, write, edit, and format proposal content to meet client requirements.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
- Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style
