Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bid Coordinator Lead to support our Construction arm in delivering high-quality bids for projects.

About the Role

  • Lead the bid process across multiple opportunities, ensuring compliant and compelling submissions.
  • Manage meetings with stakeholders to align on win themes and messaging.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, estimators, and technical teams to coordinate input and approval.

Bid Strategy & Management

  • Maintain and refine bid templates and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure all proposals are compliant with tender requirements, including formatting and submission protocols.

Content Development & Proposal Creation

  • Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone and branding.
