We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their objectives, and aligning expectations to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-facing skills, a passion for cloud and data center technologies, and at least 5 years of IT-related experience.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, coordinating complex projects, collaborating with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support, managing customer portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, mitigating renewal risks, leading weekly customer and business reviews, resolving blockers, coordinating with product and engineering teams, advocating for customers internally, influencing product roadmaps and documentation, and supporting customers through reactive ticket requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: At least 5 years of IT-related experience, including Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT projects.
- Candidate Profile: Excellent customer-facing skills, a passion for cloud and data center technologies, team player with cross-departmental interaction skills, knowledge of agile methodologies, and proficiency in English.
- Additionalskills: Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs is a plus.
