Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role will see you make a meaningful difference in creating a strong safety culture and ensuring improvements to ongoing management, monitoring, and positive safety and wellbeing outcomes.

About the Role

The Safety and Wellbeing Partner will provide technical and subject matter expertise in systems, data, and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose. As a trusted advisor across the business, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the identification and delivery of safety performance indicators, aligning with best practice and industry standards, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing safety, health, and wellbeing data, analytics, and insights, including reporting and data integrity.
  • Supporting leader and key stakeholder capability through effective relationship building, influencing, coaching, and structured upskilling programs.
  • Delivering engaging, informative communications on safety, health, and wellbeing across the business.
  • Leading the management of the safety, health, and wellbeing risk management program.
  • Ensuring the organisation meets ongoing legislative requirements, including regulatory reporting.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong track record (minimum 5 years') as a trusted health, safety, and wellbeing specialist. A resilient, proactive approach, demonstrable skills in developing and managing successful safety and wellbeing strategies, and qualifications in safety, health, and wellbeing or industry-relevant experience are essential.

Your ability to build productive relationships with all stakeholders to influence strategies and results is crucial. This company is committed to the health and wellbeing of its employees and offers a hybrid work model. The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
