Leading the Future of Healthcare Transformation

As a Senior Director for our Digital Health team, you will lead high-impact projects that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. Your role will be to develop digital and technology strategies for health services/providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, project management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have an understanding of digital technologies, applications, and industry best practices within health and human services.
