The Opportunity

You will be accountable for strategy, growth, and operational excellence of our digital consulting teams. Your expertise in leading bids and shaping tailored consulting strategies that anticipate evolving market needs is essential.

  • Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement across the business unit.
  • Monitor performance, optimise resource allocation, and ensure profitability.
  • Embed frameworks for quality, safety, and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • Proven leadership experience in digital consulting or related services.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Visualisation, GIS, Digital Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
