Transformative Digital Leadership

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of digital services as a strategic Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional client outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of governance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients: Champion a client-centric culture, lead digital pursuits across industries, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Teams: Inspire and empower high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborate across departments to unlock synergies, and cultivate partnerships and networks that fuel innovation and delivery.
  • Expertise: Provide thought leadership in digital services and emerging technologies, act as Project Director or Manager on key initiatives, and identify and develop new service offerings aligned with market trends.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement across the business unit, monitor performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability, embed frameworks for quality, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • Proven leadership in digital consulting or related services.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Visualisation, GIS, Digital Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A trusted advisor with authenticity, empathy, and strategic foresight.
  • A champion of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and values-driven.
