Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RFIs and RFPs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide governance to ensure adherence to procurement policies and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Deliver savings targets, manage commercial risks, address disputes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Influence change, optimise vendor relationships, and manage complex procurement tasks while balancing timelines and priorities.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in IT procurement.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing requirements in the technology space.
  • High attention to detail, advanced communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic thinker, commercially astute, solutions-focused, and proactive in identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved service delivery.
